General Conference Information

What Your Conference Fee Covers
The Healthcare Retail '08 Conference fee includes:*

• Two-day admission to the conference
• Materials provided throughout the conference
• Selected meals listed on the agenda
• Cocktail Reception
• Cirque du Soleil event performance

*Your conference fee does not include transportation, hotel rooms or special requests. Complimentary tickets to the Cirque du Soleil performance, LOVE, are for registered attendees on Day One only. Additional tickets are available for purchase separately with advance notice when registering for the conference. The Cirque du Soleil performance is scheduled for Monday evening, June 9, 2008, at 7:00 p.m.

Early Registration Discount
General Admission:

• $1,395 per person by April 29, 2008
• $1,595 per person beginning April 30, 2008

To receive the early registration discount, we must receive your application and conference fee by April 29, 2008. If applying by mail, we must receive your application and conference fee postmarked by April 29, 2008. After this date, normal registration fees apply as listed above. Submission of an application does not guarantee a space for the conference. Registration will be confirmed with full payment only. Space is limited, so register early.

Group Discounts
When three or more individuals from any one institution register for the conference, the CEO of that institution is invited to attend the conference as our guest at no additional fee for registration.

For groups of four or more paying registrants, there is a special rate of $1,095 per person. After April 29, 2008 this special group rate increases to $1,295.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. For cancellations received on or before April 29, 2008, tuition will be returned less a processing fee of $250 per attendee. From April 30 - May 23, 2008 only 50% of tuition will be refunded. After May 23, 2008, no refunds will be made.

Conference registration fees are transferable to another person from the same organization. However, conference registration fees for “no shows” cannot be refunded or transferred.
