He previously founded and managed one of the largest technology companies in the insurance sector and was the CEO of a NASDAQ-listed healthcare services company. Paquin has extensive experience in public policy at both the state and national levels, has participated in strategic sessions at the Naval War College and has been a candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives.

Alicia joined Wal-Mart in 2004, after graduating with an MBA from the London Business School. She is currently responsible for identifying new business opportunities to expand customer offerings in the healthcare space, plus oversees the development and implementation of Wal-Mart's in-store medical clinic business model. Prior to pursuing her degree, she was head of Human Resources for an upstart gaming company, and began her career developing the HR strategy for Citigroup's Corporate and Consumer businesses in New York and Italy.

As founding member of the Spirit of Women, Tanya has been leading its development, strategy and operations for the last eight years. For more than 12 years prior, she held senior leadership positions in marketing and business development for Magee-Women’s Hospital of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and in women’s health reform for the U.S. Agency for International Development. Tanya has also served as faculty in the graduate School of Industrial Management at Carnegie Mellon University in marketing and communications.

His success earned him the 2005 WWD ExecTech CIO/IT Leadership & Innovation Award as well as a nomination for the 2005 Computer World Top 100 IT Leaders.

His most recent project is UFood Grill, a healthy quick-casual restaurant chain poised to be the leader in its category. He is most known for the stunning success of Boston Chicken (now Boston Market) which he sold in 1993 in a record-setting IPO. Among his other ventures: Mulberry Child Care Centers and Living and Learning Schools, both sold to Kindercare; VR Business Brokers, the nation’s largest business brokerage franchise, which he sold to Christies, LLP, London; and he also launched the franchising efforts for Sylvan Learning Centers.

Robert is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, has been named a Leading Lawyer for Tax Law and Business, and is a Partner and Chair of the Tax Department of Arnstein & Lehr, LLP, where he has practiced for over 30 years representing clients in matters before the Internal Revenue Service, the U.S. Tax Court and U.S. District Court. He is also the author of numerous nationally published tax-related articles and speaks regularly at seminars sponsored by leading financial institutions.
